In this age of the PDF, some digital volumes congregate in ways that reflect their origins. Thus, a magnificent collection of ‘personal experience monographs’ written by American veterans of the Second World War resides in a single, well-catalogued, easily-accessed repository. (I considered making a joke about ‘Fort Mel Gibson’, but decided against it.) Likewise, the good people at Gallica (which I like to call ‘Google Books done right’) have put all of the ‘Artillery Information Bulletins’ published between 1917 and 1919 in a comparably convenient place.
Alas, a number of digitized works, which originally rolled off the press as components of series, have been cast to the winds. Such is the case with the two series of monographs published by the Military Information Division of the American War Department in the two decades leading up to the First World War. (These, which cast a wide net over contemporary military affairs, offer much of interest to students of the military institutions of Europe and Asia, as well as those of the United States, during the period the French call la Belle Époque.)
In an attempt to mitigate this problem, I am setting up, and have resolved to maintain, a finding aid that will help readers locate (and, if possible, download) copies of these little books. (If you know of any members of this series that I have missed, please use the comments section to let me know, and, better yet, provide suitable links.)

“I considered making a joke about ‘Fort Mel Gibson’, but decided against it.”
You should have made it. Remember though, its Fort Mel Gibson and Madeline Stowe.
Gallica is a rabbit-hole I could get so lost. Maybe I'll run across some of those still-lost new Lts on the land nav course.
