The chart is missing units. Is it in Kgs or lbs? Futhermore the question of APCs is not brought up. Their autocannon is probably comparable to lighter WW2 tank rounds. I have seen videos of Russian BMPs bombarding buildings from over 4 km away

I think you are right about the role played by auto-cannon mounted on lighter vehicles and lighter tank rounds from World War II. They might also perform the same function as the lighter anti-aircraft guns in Operation Veritable.
I have often wondered if the Syrians had used their tanks partially as indirect fire at the Golan in 1973 instead of giving the Israelis so many targets when the Israeli tanks had a 1000 meter advantage that things might have been different.
As it was the Syrians got much closer to breaking through than they knew. At least one attack stopped at exactly the point of Israeli depletion.
