Like many other Substack readers, I take particular pleasure in reading articles that I find in my e-mail inbox. I am not sure why this is so, but suspect that it has something to do with the sense that I have just discovered something new.
Much of the content published by Tactical Notebook fits in nicely with this mode of delivery. At the same time, readers who rely exclusively on e-mail delivery may not see articles made available at inconvenient times or published before they began their subscriptions.
Because of this, I recommend that readers bookmark the Tactical Notebook, visit the home page on a regular basis, and explore the ‘aggregators’ (pages of links to articles on a given topic) that can be found on The Gateway.
