Is there a way to easily get a print copy of this book? Obviously there's the PDF, but ebook reading knocks me out faster than a monotone lecturer who reads their notes verbatim.

(I've tried with several different browsers.) The address and telephone number for the Army University Press are: 290 Stimson Ave. Fort Leavenworth, Kansas 66027 and 913-684-2127.
I also checked the website of the Government Printing Office bookstore. That venue, alas, had no used-to-be-a-tree copies for sale.

Well, it is a government website, if it was easy to use they'd retire it for cost.
