As an outgrowth of "The Quantico Renaissance" of the late 1980s and 1990s, Tactical Notebook (TN) has evolved over the years in form from portable paper inserts to its present online, illustrated and interactive format allowing historians, military professionals, practioners and enthusiasts, etc, accessible information and commentary derived from both well-researched domestic and foreign primary sources translated and/or edited and tailored for subscribers. TN has also evolvied into a truly effective, vibrant, living knowledge management tool. it is my hope that some of the topics, subject matter published on paper during the early years of TN continue to be revisted, refreshed, republished and catalogued in today's online format.
