Schedule of Meetings
People who have taken out paid subscriptions to The Tactical Notebook are invited to take part in the online case discussions hosted by the Decision Game Club.
As a rule, these discussions take place twice each Saturday, at noon and again at eight pm. (All times are those of the East Coast of the United States.)

28 February 2026
On Saturday, 28 February 2026, the club will host two distinct discussions of a single case.
From noon to one pm (1200-1300), we will engage ‘Dance of Dragons’, a case about the official US response to the Chinese invasion of Vietnam in February of 1979.
From eight to nine pm (1900-2000), we will engage ‘Dance of Dragons’ for a second time.
7 March 2026
On Saturday, 7 March 2026, the club will discuss two different cases.
From noon to one pm (1200-1300), we will continue our series about the US expedition to Vladivostok in 1918.
From eight to nine pm (1900-2000), we will engage ‘Flipping the Script’, a case about US response to the Iranian revolution of 1979,
